- Product descriptions, prices and availability may change for future orders. The amount shown in your checkout order summary is the amount you confirm when placing the order.

- Provide accurate and complete name, mobile number and delivery information when placing an order. The current Cash on Delivery checkout does not request card details or a payment PIN.
- ZENICAM currently accepts Cash on Delivery. Prepaid payment is coming soon and is unavailable at present. Orders are subject to verification.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Dispatch and delivery timing depend on order confirmation, your location and courier serviceability. See our Shipping Policy or contact support for an estimate.
- The current ZENICAM V4 offer includes free shipping within India, subject to courier serviceability. Your final order amount is shown at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
- You may request an eligible return within 20 days from delivery. The eligibility conditions, return process and refund arrangements are explained in our Refund, Returns & Replacement Policy.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned items, and the final decision will be at ZENICAM discretion.
